Return and Refund Policy for Fontshelf

Thank you for purchasing Fontshelf! We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for Fontshelf.

No Full Refunds for Validated Product Keys

Please note that no full refunds will be issued if any product keys for Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator programs have been validated prior to the refund request.

Partial Refunds and Customer Confusions

We do not provide partial refunds under the following circumstances where customers confuse the functionality of Fontshelf:

  • Syncing Across Programs: Fontshelf does not sync across Photoshop and Illustrator. Photoshop's plugin runs directly through Adobe, while Illustrator operates as an extension that controls Adobe Illustrator.

  • Previewing or Grouping Outside Windows: Fontshelf does not allow for previewing or grouping of fonts outside of Photoshop and Illustrator windows.

  • Stand-Alone Application: Fontshelf does not operate as a stand-alone application. It functions solely as a plugin for Photoshop and an extension for Illustrator.

  • Version Updates: Fontshelf is currently in version 1 and requires updates to maintain optimal functionality. If Fontshelf works initially and then stops functioning, we will prioritize finding a solution before considering a refund.

Refund Eligibility

If you experience issues within 14 days of purchase that prevent Fontshelf from running as intended beyond minor lag, you may be eligible for a full refund. Such issues include:

  • Crashing of the Photoshop or Illustrator program caused directly by Fontshelf.

To qualify for a refund under these conditions, you must provide proof that the issue is directly attributable to Fontshelf.
