Welcome to Fontshelf! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital product, Fontshelf ("Service"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Fontshelf, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Introduction

Fontshelf is a digital plugin for Adobe Photoshop and an extension for Adobe Illustrator that helps users group, create, and organize font groups for an enhanced workflow.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fontshelf, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any amendments we may make. We may update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  • Full refunds are not available if product keys for Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator have been validated.
  • No partial refunds for misunderstandings about the software’s functionality, including but not limited to:
    • Fontshelf does not sync across Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Fontshelf does not allow font previewing or grouping outside of Photoshop and Illustrator windows.
    • Fontshelf does not operate as a stand-alone application.
  • Refunds may be issued if issues preventing Fontshelf from running as intended are reported within 14 days of purchase and proven to be directly caused by Fontshelf.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Fontshelf without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Fontshelf will immediately cease.
